Hello hello humans! I’m Sprout, a Slimeball Shapeshifter from a planet I can’t tell you about because we haven’t decided on a human name for it yet. All well. What I CAN tell you is that all the art of characters you see on this site could very well actually be yours truly. Me! The lovely muse of Ariela’s works, I take pride in getting the small details just right before posing for the portrait and allowing Ariela to make sure everything looks perfect for the presentations.

       I never much understood the need for detail before coming to your planet. Back home we’re all just masses, collectively aware of who each of us is without needing freckles or hair to differentiate. We didn’t have names, outfits, facial features – nothing aside from mass and perhaps color distinguished us from one another. We existed, and that was that.

       My base shape of choice didn’t come until I met Ariela. She taught me all sorts of things about human customs, and she’s the one who pitched our partnership so I could take different forms without growing bored! I loved it so much, and I still do. Her kindness meant worlds to me, and I wanted to express that through my shape. It’s a little thing – similar hair shape but that’s about all. Yet it’s my favorite by far.
