Character Turnaround Sheet
I was tasked with creating a Character Turnaround Sheet and GIF using Photoshop, and given a list of prompts to choose from to create the character. I had approximately 10 days to complete this project, and I met the deadline. I initially had trouble mainly with trying to give her the same proportions in each pose, but I used some layering and transform to get it as close as possible. I turned out with a wacky/awkward teenager that loves painting and reading, but is afraid of flying. Though she’s odd, Lilith is supposed to be relatable and fun!
These are the original sketches for Lilith, and clearly she turned out a little different than when I was brainstorming, but that’s the great thing about iterations! Sometimes, our first ideas aren’t the absolute best they can be, and the more time you spend with/on a character, the better they can turn out
