Since the days of playing Twilight Princess for the first time on my wii, it has grown to be one of my favorite games in the Legend of Zelda series. I wanted to capture Link’s ferocious, beast-like gaze in this piece, staring down a figment of himself.

This drawing was heavily inspired by a song from Japanese musician Ohashitrio. While listening to the song, I tried my best to materialize how it made me feel. From the bright, fast-paced beats, to the feeling of freedom and lightweightedness, the figure floats atop a serene cafe scene alongside a bike and some bouquettes.
