My goal was to model a video game scene that would evoke dread, unease, and bewilderment.
My target audience are 16-35 year olds who are horror game enthusiasts and indie game fans.
Game Premise
The name of the game is “Homestead”. You and your family move into a grand, dilapidated mansion with a rather….deep history.
As you drift off in bed for the night, everything seems relatively fine—-until the next morning.
Your family has mysteriously vanished, and the mansions seems much more….spacious than you remember. The rooms twist, warp, and stretch as if the house is alive. Not only that, but you notice that your kitchen appliances have mutated and are hunting you down relentlessly.
You must solve puzzles, survive the horrors, and uncover dark secrets of the mansion to find your family—if you can keep your sanity for long enough.
