Tattoo Illustrator Showcase
This project was fun and challenging. I think that in the end they all came out very solid and pretty simple. I don’t know if anyone would actually get these, but it’s always good to get a good start. The ideas behind most of them came from the client. Most wanted easier line work or no specific style at all. This meant I could be more creative with the outcomes. I felt as if color was unnecessary for most of the prompts, mainly because of the clients’ wants. This took me a little more than a week to get finished. I think the time and effort came out to make a great final product. I used a lot of older tactics to make the silhouettes and outlines of the bodies. I think that really helped in the long run. Most of my challenges were making sure the client was happy with the outcomes and that they got what they truly wanted based on what they had originally asked for. This was a good project and I’m excited to have finished well.
